 McCoy Threat Management, LLC is not your typical personal protection company.  Unlike some "bodyguard" companies we do not provide our clients with "goons" or "thugs" aimed at intimidating others.  Our protection officers are selected for their ability to think creatively and act decisively to mitigate threats or move the principle away from danger.

We are structured as a private investigation/personal protection company because we feel that having the legal authority to conduct investigations into the threats facing our clients is a key component of our ability to shield them from threats to their personal and economic well being.

We are a company of business manangement professionals precisely focused on the impact that threats to key employees can have on the corporate bottom-line. 

We understand that there are times when the personal lives of emplyees occassionally "spill over" into their business lives. 

We understand the issues related to stalking and cyber-stalking and have the expertise to evaluate, investigate and mitigate threats to your or you and your employees safety.

While we strongly support the work of law enforcement, we are not police officers.  We do not use police officers for protection details.  We take this position for two reasons:

1.  We focus on risk avoidance rather than criminal apprehension.

2.  Using private security officers for protection work, can help to limit liability in ways not    available if police officers are used.
